- One fan/client makes a petition that, after reflection, sparks a vision.

- The Boss is the first to try and, in exploring his own limitations, he checks with one of the band members and accepts negative feedback.


- He doesn’t mind showing vulnerability when he claims that he is being overly ambitions.
- He finds mitigation for his limitation.
- Once he is ready, he starts coaching and encouraging the band: “Can you do it?” “Try it, boys!”

- He manages to make the rehearsal of the band fun for the audience.

- Once the band is engaged and having fun, he lets the band members display their talent.

- He gives positive feedback and encouragement to the band members with smiles and approving looks.

- At all times, he trusts his band and shows that he is their greatest fan and enjoys working with them.
